Precision Testing Equipment
Our temperature-controlled modern inspection lab is equipped with high-precision testing devices such as CMMs (coordinate measuring machines), optical comparators, hardness testers, surface roughness testers, and various gauges. We conduct rigorous inspections on key metrics like dimensional accuracy, tooth profile precision, surface quality, heat treatment, and hardness of sprockets.
Stringent Inspection Process
We enforce a three-tier inspection system: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final outgoing inspection, supplemented by a dedicated sampling mechanism to eliminate batch defects. Critical processes—such as inner bore, keyway, and tooth profile—are assigned dedicated inspectors for specialized checks.
